Company Policies

Payment Due:

You pay, I bake! Payment is due in full at the time of booking and to claim a spot on my calendar. Orders may be canceled 2 weeks prior to the pick-up date with a 50% refund. The refund is only 50% because I have already sourced supplies needed for your order (cute cutters, sprinkles, toppers, etc.) and the perfect packaging. If you need to reschedule? No problem! Reach out 7 days prior to pick up date.

Pick Up Date/Time

Delivery and pick up times are set upon ordering. This is because other customers need their sweet fix too! I will try to accommodate all schedules, but slots in the calendar are first come first serve!

No Show = No Baked Goods

These goodies are best enjoyed fresh! Not showing up to the agreed upon pickup time forfeits your order. But take heart - the order will be donated to a family in need. Need to reschedule your order? Please reach out 7 days prior to your pickup time.

Delivery Clause

A delivery can be added to any order, for an additional charge! I love a good drive (bonus if that drive is past a Starbucks)

In a Hurry?

While I can't accommodate all last-minute orders, I will make my best effort too. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 7 days will require a rush fee of $30

Price Adjustments

All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredients costs. I'm always trying to provide the best tasting goodies to my clients. This also means I can't honor old pricing (because the local grocery store won't honor their old flour prices - darn it)

Change Cutoff

Decisions are tough! But I’m here to help. Order changes can be made until 14 days out from scheduled pick up. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee will apply depending on the change.

Inspiration

Thanks a ton for bringing those inspo pictures! They're just that - inspiring. But your goodies may not be perfect replicas - I’ll try to keep it close.

Pictures are worth a thousand words

But they're not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you end up with. Also - objects in photos may not be true to size! (which is a bummer, I'd frankly love to eat an 8.5x11 inch cookie)

Product Photography

Say Cheese! I create replicas of client orders to photograph these pretty sweet lookin' treats. If you do not want your baked goods in the spotlight or on Quinn Bee’s social media, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me

It’s All Yours Now

Once you pick-up your order or your order is dropped off with you, (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your cookies or cakes and car doors (I hate door dings) is all on you! Keep 'em safe, keep 'em cool, and keep 'em away from the parking lot cart returns

ACHOO! Allergies?

Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate, I can't always accommodate allergy-conscious orders. Please do reach out - I may have a perfect referral for you!

Cottage Food Laws

This has been made in a home kitchen not inspected by the Shelby County Health Department. The kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, or gluten free. Boring disclaimer, but I have to say it per the law. *tips cowboy hat* *straightens Sheriff pin*

In Sickness and in Health

While death will never do us part, you're consuming food and with the consumption of anything (including that bottle of wine last night) there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions are possibilities - albeit, hopefully far reaching.

COVID Care

We all know that you can't control when you have come in contact with a person who has Covid, and I want to work with you. Need to reschedule your event? I can freeze your treats for 2 weeks so you can stay home and rest easy!

**Pay means Yay.**

Once you've submitted payment for your order because you're awesome, you're accepting the above terms. Which is awesome because my bakes goods are awesome. Awesome.
