Hey there! You made it! Thank you so much for your interest in my custom cookies! I wanted to share a little bit about how my process works and then I’ll also have some FAQ below.

To get a quote on custom cookies, fill out the form below. Once I receive the form, I’ll email you back to chat in more detail. The more info and inspiration you can share the better ideas I can come up with to create your set! Please be sure to watch your spam as emails sometimes like to end up there! If you don’t see a response from me within 48 hours, please reach out again!

Once you’re ready to move forward, I require payment in full before you can be added to my calendar. If you need to reschedule your order, please do so more than two weeks out from the order. If the order is rescheduled with less than a two week notice, the rush fee will apply.

PRICING:
Our minimum order is 1 Dozen full sized cookies. Cookies are in between 3.5 and 4 inches.
Classic Cookies: $50 per dozen ONE simple design, up to 2 colors.
Deluxe Cookies: $65 per dozen. Up to 4 designs, 4+ colors, calligraphy, detailed florals, detailed designs, metallics, sprinkles
Character/Premium Cookies: Starting at $75+ per dozen

Designs: Sets are designer’s choice based off info you provide. If you have a specific request let me know and I will use it for inspiration, but I will not copy another set made by another designer. If you want specific designs and a sketch up of what they will look like, I charge a $25 design fee for any order under $250. This includes 2 edits incase there are things you want to change.

Mini Add Ons: Add in 6 round mini cookies to your set for $12. These are perfect to add some variety to your set.
Add Ons: If you want to add on some additional flavors, I offer gourmet drop cookies ($24 per dozen of 2 oz cookies),

Rush Fee: Need your cookies within the next two weeks? If we can add you to our schedule, an rush fee will be applied. Starting at $15/dozen and goes up based off time frame needed and design

FAQs

How far in advance do I need to book with you?
I wish I had a good answer for you! My advice is as soon as you know you need cookies. This is not my full-time job (YET) so I have very limited availability at the moment and they book up quickly!

How do I confirm my order?
Your order will be confirmed when you pay in full. I don’t take retainers or deposits. Until payment is received, the date is not reserved, and the order is not booked. Unfortunately, if I’m waiting to hear back from you, and another customer inquiries about the same date and submits full payment and I don’t have additional availability that week, I won’t be able to add your order. I take between 4-10 dozen cookies (3-5 orders) per week and those can book up very quickly. So, if you know you want to book, please let me know quickly!

What if I don’t see the theme or style I want on your website?
That’s okay, and I hope you don’t! I try not to completely replicate sets of cookies and want everyone to have cookies especially made and designed for them. Send me photos of cookies you like or better yet, send me photos of nurseries, invitations, florals, artwork, outfits, your Pinterest boards etc. so I can match with your theme. My favorite sets are born from being inspired by things other than cookies!

Do you have a cookie cutter to match my theme?
Yes! Okay, maybe not yet, but I have access to a 3-D printer and can create cutters to match any and every theme you can imagine! If for some reason we can’t get the cutter, I can also do designs on plaque (or basic shape) cutters as well. Custom cutters may incur an additional charge.

Can you match my color scheme?
I will do my very best! I can’t guarantee an exact match, but I will get as close as possible. Colors can skew from phone and computer monitors to real life, but I will always try my hardest!

How are your cookies packaged?
Every cookie is individually packaged, and heat sealed for freshness.

Do you deliver?

I sure do! A delivery fee will be applied, and it will be based off of distance from my location.

Where are you located? Are you a retail store?
I am in Pelham, AL. I am a home-based Cottage Bakery. Which means my kitchen is not inspected by the health department. However, I do have to follow cottage bakery guidelines and I do have a food handlers license and follow all safety and cleanliness standards.

Are your cookies allergy friendly?
Unfortunately, no. Although I don’t use nuts in our cookies, I do use them in our kitchen. All my recipes have some form wheat, gluten, dairy, and eggs in them. If you have a dietary restriction that is not allergy related, I can most likely alter our recipe to accommodate you. I have recipes that use gluten free flour, and I am also comfortable using plant-based butter.  

Why are your cookies so expensive?
Talk about sticker shock, right? But these cookies take so much time! They’re tiny works of art. Decorating a single cookie, averages about 5-10 minutes for me. So, two hours a dozen. The time put in goes up from there base off design and detail. That doesn’t include “office work” (invoicing and responding to emails), planning out the designs, cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, or packaging the cookies. So, the total time for a dozen cookies is around 4-5 hours. Crazy right?!? Yes, the cookies are expensive, I totally understand your concerns, but they are so much more than a standard sugar cookie! They’re decor and details to help make your event a little extra special.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled 2 weeks prior to the pick-up date with a 50% refund. The refund is only 50% because I have already sourced supplies needed for your order (cute cutters, sprinkles, toppers, etc.) and the perfect packaging.
